Privacy Policy

This policy covers thewellnessreeset.com and reesetnow.com. It explains what the website collects and what we do with it.
It is not our Notice of Privacy Practices. That is a separate document, required under HIPAA, covering your medical records and the health information you give us as a patient. You receive it at your first visit, and you can ask for another copy any time. If you want to know how your health information is handled, read that one. This page is only about the website.
What we collect
When you fill in a form. Your name, phone number, email address, and whatever you type into the message field. Our contact form works this way. Online booking and intake forms run through IntakeQ instead (see below).
Automatically, when you visit. Your IP address, browser and device type, which pages you opened, and which site sent you to us. This is standard web traffic data and it is not tied to your name.
What we do not collect on this website. Do not send us medical details, photographs of a condition, prescription information, or anything else you would consider private health information through a web form or by email. Neither is a secure channel. If you need to discuss something clinical, call us and we will take it properly.
What we do with it
We use it to reply to you, to book your consult, to send the emails you asked for, and to see which pages people actually read so we can improve the ones they do not.
We do not sell your information. We do not rent it, and we do not trade it.
Who else sees it
- Webflow hosts this website and processes form submissions.
- IntakeQ runs our online booking and intake forms. When you book or fill in an intake form, your details go to IntakeQ rather than to this website.
- Square processes payments.
- Analytics tools such as Google Analytics report traffic in aggregate.
- Cherry handles financing applications, if you apply for one. You deal with Cherry directly and they have their own privacy policy.
Each of these sees only what it needs to do its job. We also release information when the law requires it.
Cookies
The site uses cookies to keep it working and to count visits. You can turn them off in your browser settings. Parts of the site may stop behaving properly if you do.
Your choices
If you get marketing emails from us, every one has an unsubscribe link at the bottom, and it works. To ask what we hold about you, or to have it corrected or deleted, write to info@thewellnessreeset.com or call (727) 431-0200. Requests about your medical record are handled under our Notice of Privacy Practices, not this policy.
Children
This website is not directed at children under 13 and we do not knowingly collect their information.
Changes
If we change this policy we will change the date at the top. Material changes get a notice on the site.
