This website is not medical advice
Everything here is general information about what we offer. Reading it does not make you our patient and does not create a provider relationship between us. None of it is a diagnosis, a treatment plan, or a recommendation for you specifically.
Whether a treatment suits you is decided at an assessment, in an exam room, with a provider who has your history in front of them. That is the point of the free fifteen-minute consult.
If you have a medical emergency, call 911. Do not use this website, our contact form, or email to report one.
Results
We do not promise outcomes. What a treatment does depends on the person, and two people having the same service can end up in different places. Where we describe how long something typically lasts, that is a general range from clinical experience, not a commitment about you. Your provider will give you a realistic picture at your appointment.
Prices
We publish our prices because the alternative is making you ask. They can change, and the price that applies is the one quoted to you at your appointment. Consult-led services are quoted after your consult, once we know enough to quote them honestly. Prices shown here do not include tax where tax applies.
Booking and payment
Bookings are made through IntakeQ. A booking is confirmed when you receive our confirmation. Payments are processed by Square under their terms. Financing, if you use it, is between you and Cherry.
Your content
If you send us photographs or messages through the site, you are telling us you have the right to send them. Please do not send anything clinical through a web form. It is not a secure channel.
Our content
The text, photographs, logo, and design on this site belong to The Wellness Reeset. Do not republish them without asking.
Links
Where we link to another company, that company runs its own site under its own terms and we are not responsible for it.
Liability
We keep this site accurate and current, but we do not warrant that it is free of errors or always available. To the extent Florida law allows, The Wellness Reeset is not liable for losses arising from your use of this website. Nothing in these terms limits liability for the care we actually provide you as a patient.
