Microneedling with exosomes adds a regenerative serum to your session. Carolina chooses between PRX8, PX7 and VAMP Advanced for your skin and goals.
This is the same microneedling session, with the Collagen P.I.N. pen making tiny channels that prompt your skin's own collagen and elastin. The difference comes at the end: Carolina applies a regenerative serum while those channels are still open. People choose it for fine lines, firmness, texture and a filler-free refresh.
Carolina uses VAMP Advanced by Prollenium, or a plant-exosome serum from Induction Therapies (PRX8 or PX7), depending on your skin and goals. You'll find what's in each one in the list below.
Carolina cleanses your skin, may apply numbing cream, then sets the needle depth for each area. The serum goes on at the end of the session. Most people describe a light scratching or vibrating feeling.
Expect redness and tightness for one to three days, as with standard microneedling. Carolina uses VAMP Advanced partly to soothe the skin and calm that redness. Follow the aftercare you're given for makeup, sun and skincare.
Collagen builds gradually, so changes appear in the weeks after each session and can keep improving after your series ends. Like standard microneedling, we usually recommend a series of three: $1,350, or $499 a session. Results vary from person to person.
Standard microneedling is $349 a session, using the same pen without the serum.

What we use
The products
Three serums, matched to your session.
Carolina uses VAMP Advanced by Prollenium, or a plant-based exosome serum from Induction Therapies: PRX8 or PX7, matched to your skin.
PRX8, for the face
Plant exosomes
A plant-exosome serum for the face.
PRX8 combines plant-derived exosomes with hyaluronic acid, zinc, magnesium and copper, plus retinol. It goes on straight after microneedling, while the skin's channels are open.
PX7, for recovery
Plant exosomes
Plant exosomes with copper peptide.
PX7 pairs plant-derived exosomes with copper tripeptide-1, hyaluronic acid, zinc and magnesium. Carolina uses it to support your skin's recovery after microneedling.
VAMP Advanced, the serum we use
The product we use
VAMP Advanced by Prollenium.
After microneedling we apply VAMP Advanced by Prollenium. Its key ingredient, PDRN (polydeoxyribonucleotide), is researched for its regenerative, anti-inflammatory and hydrating properties in skin repair and skin ageing. It also contains vitamins, amino acids, hyaluronic acid and minerals. Carolina uses it to soothe the skin and calm the redness that follows microneedling.

What to know
Microneedling with an added serum.
The session runs like standard microneedling. At the end, Carolina applies your serum while the skin's channels are still open, then talks you through aftercare for the next few days.
Why add a serum?
What to know
Collagen induction, with extra support.
Microneedling opens tiny channels in the skin, and the serum goes on while they're open. People who want a regenerative, filler-free approach to fine lines, firmness and texture often choose this option.
Who tends to choose it
What to know
Decide with your provider.
Whether you are new to microneedling or have tried it before, discuss your skin history and goals. Ask whether adding an exosome serum is appropriate and how it compares with standard microneedling.
The pen we use: Collagen P.I.N.
The device we use
A 36-pin microneedling device.
Every microneedling session at The Wellness Reeset uses the Collagen P.I.N. by Induction Therapies. Its 36-pin cartridge adjusts from 0.1 mm to 3.0 mm deep, so Carolina can set the depth for each area of your face. The cordless pen uses high-frequency vibration for a smoother, more comfortable pass. Expect redness and tightness for one to three days afterward.
Treatment suitability and results vary. A clinical assessment comes first.
