IV drips delivered straight into your bloodstream while you relax in our Dunedin IV lounge. Hydration, vitamin blends and the Boozy Reboot recovery IV, from $100.
An IV delivers fluids, vitamins and minerals straight into your bloodstream, so they don't have to pass through your digestive system first. It's a simple way to rehydrate and top up while you sit back in our IV lounge for about 45 minutes.
People book an IV for all sorts of reasons: the morning after a celebration, a long Florida day in the heat, recovering from travel, before or after a race or a big workout, or a week that has simply taken a lot out of them. Browse the menu below, or tell us what's going on and we'll help you choose.
The Boozy Reboot ($215) is our recovery IV: fluids, our Myers Cocktail vitamins and minerals, and anti-nausea (Zofran) and pain-relief (Toradol) medication when your provider decides they're appropriate. Let us know what you had to drink and any medications you take, and don't drive yourself in if you're still feeling the effects.
A nurse reviews your health history, medications and the drip you've chosen, then places a small IV line, usually in your arm. You'll feel a quick pinch, then you can relax, read or scroll while it runs. Most standard drips take around 45 minutes, with a little extra time for check-in. NAD+ takes longer.
Some people book an IV for a one-off occasion; others come in regularly. Ask the team what spacing makes sense for you and your drip.
Vitamin injections take about 20 minutes, from $20. For a longer, dedicated session, see NAD+.
